APPLICATION
Place the brush at the base of the lashes and pull upwards through the lashes to lift and separate. Layer while wet to build intensity.
Layer Lash Fixation while wet to build intensity and prevent clumping. For best results, do not allow the formula to dry between coats. We recommend focusing on one eye before moving to the next.
REMOVAL
